This barbecue thermometer is so nice! The best part of it is that the wires are not plastic so they will last so much longer than the typical meat thermometer. My husband and I put one of these on our wedding registry and he was really disappointed to see that we didn’t look close enough online to see that the wires were plastic. I am super excited to give this to him for Christmas. I am sure the reading will be right as well, if not I will be updating my blog to let you know otherwise since this is really important. In particular, my husband likes to use this for his smoker, and since you can smoke meat all day, it’s really important to have a correct reading on your thermometer.
