4 Piece Cutting Board Set

I am so glad I got these cutting boards. I have been needing new ones for a while now and have not wanted to spend the money on a nice set. I bought a flexible set from Amazon (FYI they were bright colors- red, blue and green I think) and they were horrible. Just one meal into each mat and they were basically garbage. This set of cutting boards on the other hand, is really sturdy and made out of a hard plastic that are also thin enough to fit into a cupboard too. I also really like that they are white with blue handles because lately all I’ve found online are super loud colors for cutting boards or wood ones (which are very nice- they just can’t go in the dishwasher). I am throwing away my other cutting boards (some I’m donating) when I get home- I’m so excited! Although I don’t see me using the smallest one very often, the other three are really nice sizes for everyday use. I’m very, very happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend!

All-Natural Shampoo and Conditioner Set

When I first got some of the shampoo and conditioner in my hands I felt like it was pretty watery (which it actually states on Amazon. Once I put enough on my hair (which it seems like I needed to use a lot more since it was watery) and shampooed and conditioned my hair, it felt like it actually dried faster. I’m not sure if that is supposed to be a good thing, but in the mornings I don’t have a ton of time so it was nice that my hair didn’t take as long to dry. It was also nice to know I wasn’t damaging my hair as long as I normally do with a hair dryer. I like that it is all-natural and has argon oil in it to help keep your hair from drying out. Overall, I still need to get used to the less lathery shampoo and conditioner set, but I think I’m going to be very happy with my switch.

Virtual Reality Google Cardboard Kit

At first when I saw this I was pretty intimidated by the directions, and to be honest had no idea this even existed. I had my friend help me set it up and it ended up being pretty awesome (especially after the few beers we had while he set everything up). It was really easy to set up with my phone too, you just scan the square code with your reader app on your phone and it links you to the app store where you download the app. Then you can stick your phone in the box and have fun with your new Virtual Reality Google Cardboard Set. You look pretty silly while you are moving around, but while you’re doing it the view is awesome! If you’re super into this, I would probably recommend spending more money on a plastic one, but if you are ok with knowing this is made out of cardboard, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone. It’ll keep you occupied for hours!

Helichrysum Essential Oil

I have a new obsession with essential oils and this Helichrysum Essential Oil is no exception. It smells really nice in my diffuser and is really relaxing when I pair it with peppermint oil. I also got this oil for sunburn relief, unfortunately I haven’t had the time to be outside long enough to even have a chance of getting sunburned. Once I do get a sunburn though, I am excited to use this because my husband is severely allergic to aloe and can’t put it on me, so the parts I can’t reach like my back tend to peel a lot since I’m so fair. It also has many other benefits that seem pretty awesome like acne treatment and pain relief, I highly recommend this oil!

Salad Spinner

This salad spinner is really nice and works super-fast. All you have to do is wash off your lettuce, place multiple torn off pieces of lettuce in the green basket, put the lid back on, and press down on the green handle on top of the lid to spin off the excess water. It is surprising how much water actually ends up in the bottom of the clear plastic bowl. You can also press the stop button on top if you get a little too carried away on the spinning speed (like I tend to do ). I love this salad spinner because I have always felt guilty using quite a few paper towels to dry off my lettuce, so this is a more green alternative. Even though it can go in the dishwasher, you really just need to rinse it out for excess small pieces of lettuce, so it’s pretty low maintenance too.

Set of 5 Mosquito Repellent Bracelets & 6 Repellent Patches

These are awesome and a great deal for 5 bracelets and 6 repellent patches! I always hate putting on bug spray when I go camping because it leaves you sticky and gross feeling when you don’t exactly have the best access to a shower. I’ve spent a lot of money on citronella candles to try to keep them away as much as possible so I didn’t have to use bug spray, but now I can just wear one of these (and probably only light a couple candles) to keep the bugs away. I think I might even put one on the dog’s collar too to help keep mosquitoes off him too. These are deet free which I love too, and the bracelets have different size snaps for all wrist sizes which is pretty awesome if you have kids and you need them tighter for smaller wrists. I definitely recommend getting these if you plan on being outside during summer evenings!

Cheese Board Set

This cheese board is so cute! I love that there is an area with a magnet to hold the three cheese knives and that it has a little white cup as well for a dip or other appetizer. It is going to be perfect for entertaining and having a light snack out for my guests. You wouldn’t be able to put out a bunch of huge pieces of cheese (which is expensive anyways), but it’s great size-wise for about 3 different types of cheeses and a dip. It’s also great for a little romantic night with a bottle of wine (with crackers, grapes and salami) with your spouse (which is probably what I’m going to end up doing first). I was going to give this away as a white elephant gift this Christmas, but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to let it go. I would highly recommend this cheese board- it’s adorable!
