I am really excited my husband agreed he’d wear these (and that I was able to get them at a discounted price)! He does so many things that are so bad for your ears- he is a drummer and rides a motorcycle in particular (and used to be a welder as well). He is super young and I have noticed that he already seems to slightly have a hard time hearing me at times, so I hope after an extended amount of time using these he will start protecting his hearing. This set comes with a nice little holder with a ring to put it on your keys etc. if you wanted to and two sets of earplugs with two strings. I am starting to think I might actually need to steal a set of these for myself since regular earplugs don’t always work at night when he is snoring extra loud. These fit comfortably in your ears and you can essentially control the amount of sound you want to block out by the different levels on the earplugs themselves. I definitely recommend these to anyone who is around loud noises all the time, especially if your job is super loud (like if you are in construction).

Baby Foot Mask

So, I heard that pedi peels are amazing- like even better than going and getting a pedicure (at least for your calluses). So, I was so excited to try these. At first, I was super nervous to try this- one because it seems like it would hurt, and two because I can’t even put lotion on without my dog being up in my business trying to lick it off- so putting something like these on my feet was going to be entertaining. I didn’t realize that this was going to be a multi-day process, but once I did it, I was very happy I did and I am now going to keep doing pedi peels! I wouldn’t recommend walking around in them, so if you have a show, (or for me a Giants baseball game) I’d put them on then.

Plus Size Extra Stretchy Sexy Fishnet Tights - 6 Pairs

I have had the hardest time finding plus size fishnet tights for so many years! Almost every adult Halloween costume for women is super short, so I always liked wearing fishnets to leave a little bit more to the imagination, while still feeling like I looked good in my costume (and not looking like I was trying to hide my legs). Unfortunately, this year we have been so busy with weddings, wedding events, birthdays and baby showers that Halloween weekend was the only weekend we have had no plans for in a long time, and we are actually super happy to not have any. So, fishnets being worn to a party that weekend are not on my agenda this year, but possibly at home if my husband is on good behavior lol. I also love that this package comes with 6 pairs! That is such a good deal, and is nice since after taking them off after Halloween parties I end up just throwing them away anyways. Super happy with my purchase!

Women's Plus Size 3/4 Sleeve V-Neck Black Blouse

This black shirt is just okay for me. It doesn’t do a lot for my figure- honestly I think it makes me look bigger than I actually am since it just hangs since I am larger breasted, so I am going to give it to my sister (who has a different body type)- anything that looks good on me doesn’t really look good on her and vice versa. I am going to see her in a few weeks, so I will try to remember and update whether she likes it or not. If this shirt had fit my body type, I would have really liked it. I think it is true to size (doesn’t run too small or too big) and has a cute crocheted deep v neck and three-quarter length sleeves. If this shirt was a little longer and I could tuck it in, I’d for sure wear it… I just hate looking any bigger than I already am in clothes.

Magnetic Car Mount

I have been wanting to get one of these for a long time, and I am so glad I got this one. It was super easy to install in my car’s cigarette lighter, and I love that it can display driving directions so much easier for me to see. It’s perfect for traveling- the only thing is with the magnet being inside my phone case, the magnet is not super strong so if I were to go over a large bump, my phone would probably fall off (but I didn’t want to have the magnet on the back of my phone case so I guess that is my own issue)! The magnet part swivels and the neck is movable so that you can position your phone exactly how you’d like it while you’re driving- which is pretty awesome. It also has USB ports at the base so you can charge your devices- how nice is that? I like this better than the suction cup car mount I received recently (if you’re ok with magnets on your phone/in your case). I haven’t tried a hands-free call yet, but I’m hoping it is close enough to my face to also just put people on speaker phone and be able to talk hands-free that way instead of Bluetooth devices.

Retractable Badge Holder- Set of 3

These badge holders are really nice, I have used one for the past year and I definitely recommend them. I got this set because I was due for a new one. My old one’s snap isn’t working very well and the clip came off. I have to open the snap a lot in order to get my light rail pass in and out, so I’d say mine has had more wear and tear than probably most. I also put my badge in my pocket instead of clipping it onto my pants, so it didn’t bother me that the clip came off. I really like that these have a pull cord too. I have a different one I converted into a beer opener clip for my ice chest (dad’s idea actually)- it is awesome when we go camping etc! Also, my friend has decorated the black part for me and a few other people I know in the past to make your badges more personable which I am going to do again myself. The one I had her make is a 49ers themed one (the other two were Harley Davidson and Purple/Nursing themed).

Set of 2 BBQ Mats

My husband and I love these BBQ mats! I have been wanting to get these for a while now, and am so glad we finally did. This set of two mats are really nice for many reasons: one is that they are super easy to clean (also are easy to throw in the dishwasher), which also makes it so you don’t need to clean your BBQ as often (and it’s not as much work). Also, they are very high heat resistant so they will hold up well with many uses in the BBQ. It’s really nice in the summer to be able to do all of the cooking outside- we did the whole first meal on the BBQ with these mats. Salmon on a salt block, asparagus with olive oil and salt and pepper on the mat and baked potatoes in some tin foil. These mats are a must buy if you like to BBQ, and it comes with two! So, if you wanted, we could even make the salmon on the mats (or whatever meat you’d like) in the future.
